Senior Sales Account Manager — Northeast, Southeast, West Coast
Our client is an innovative startup in Business Process Management and Lean Operations. Named in the Gartner "Cool Technology" Report, their clients number some of the largest corporations and Financial Institutions worldwide. This success has created growth opportunities in their sales organization in the US operations, based in Boston. This is a highly rewarding role for an experienced sales professional with a deep background in sales to (not for) major Insurance companies. If you have a proven sales achievement, plus VP and C-level contacts within major Insurance firms (Property and Casualty or Life, Accident, Health), this is an exciting job with considerable earnings and upside advancement potential.   • 8+ years of success selling business services, consulting or enterprise technology solutions to major Insurance firms. This is a “must-have” requirement. You may currently be selling for a major strategic or boutique consultant, or a BPM solutions provider serving the Insurance market.
  • Strong hunting and new business selling skills. While Inside Sales and Marketing will help you to open doors, you must be committed to your own professional prospecting efforts.
  • Able to proactively and independently drive the revenue growth in your territory, while thriving in a team selling environment.
  • Top performer in your organization, with a track record of exceeding annual revenue goals of $2million or more.
  • 4 year degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Able and willing to travel once weekly to Boston offices, plus travel on calls to prospects and clients, and to participate in industry conferences.
  • Eager to join a fast-paced, growing startup, to share your knowledge, to learn, and to help propel the team to the next exciting levels of success.
Superior candidates who live within driving distance or a reasonable flight to Boston will be considered. Compensation is a strong base salary plus uncapped commission earnings potential.
